The Egyptian Real Estate Tax Authority has announced that property owners must submit the five-year real estate tax declaration under 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗡𝗼. 𝟯 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The requirement applies to residential, commercial and administrative properties throughout Egypt.

Property owners who comply within the legal deadline may benefit from:

• 𝟮𝟱% 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 on residential real estate tax
