Establishing New Company in Egypt
In Egypt it has become easier and easier to establish a new company, there are also privilidges for new business owners in Egypt including the exonaration of paying taxes and the low official fees, depending on company type and activity.
The documents you will need to establish a new company are the following:
Power Of Attorney for the person who will establish the company on your behalf.
National ID cards / Passports for non Egyptians.
A Lease contract for the place that will be the premises of the new company.
A Bank Certificate proving the deposit of a certain amount to the Company's Bank account (the whole amount for LLCs and 10% of the capital for Joint Stock Companies).
A certificate proving the appointment of an accountant.
A template of the Company's Statute (contract of establishment-template provided by GAFI).
A certificate issued by GAFI proving that the name of the Company is not already in use.
A Certificate proving the Security clearances for Foreigner founders.
