Agile Project Management Advisors hosted When Technical Decisions Become Legal Disputes: Who Owns the Risk – The Grey Zone Between Engineering Decisions and Contractual Liabilities at the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza, as part of Egypt Arbitration Days 2026. The panel examined the point where engineering judgment, project management decisions and contractual obligations meet.

The discussion considered when a technical decision becomes a source of legal liability, how project participants should allocate responsibility and risk, and how tribunals assess the boundary between engineering discretion and contractual accountability in construction disputes.
