*Job Title: Corporate Lawyer :-
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice to clients, manage corporate transactions, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
*Key Responsibilities:-
Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
M&A Support: Managing Mergers and Acquisitions, including due diligence and closing procedures.
Corporate Governance: Advising clients on board matters, shareholder rights, and regulatory filings.
Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on emerging laws and judicial precedents.
Client Representation: Representing clients in negotiations and before administrative bodies.
Risk Assessment: Identifying potential legal risks and providing proactive mitigation strategies
* Requirements & Qualifications :-
Education: LL.B. or JD degree from a recognized law school.
Licensing: Active membership in the National Bar Association.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in corporate law within a law firm setting.
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of corporate law, tax law, and intellectual property
*Soft Skills :-
Analytical Thinking: Ability to simplify complex legal issues. Drafting Excellence: Precision in legal writing and documentation.
Negotiation: Strong persuasive skills to achieve client objectives.
Time Management: Capable of handling multiple files under tight
