يتشرف مكتب بدران للمحاماة بالإعلان عن نجاحه في صون حقوق أحد عملائه، باستصدار حكم جنائي بالإدانة ضد أحد المتهمين في جريمة نصب حيث قد استولى على ما يزيد على 37 مليون جنيه من أموال موكلنا، باستخدام وسائل احتيالية تمثلت في إيهامه بإنشاء شركة متخصصة في إدارة العقارات واستثمارها، بما حمله على تسليمه تلك المبالغ.

وقد استلزمت إدارة هذه الدعوى إعداد استراتيجية قانونية متكاملة، استندت إلى تحليل دقيق للوقائع والأدلة، وإبراز أركان الجريمة ووسائل الاحتيال التي استخدمت للاستيلاء على أموال موكلنا، بما أسفر عن إثبات المسؤولية الجنائية للمتهم أمام المحكمة.

وقد انتهى الحكم إلى توقيع أقصى عقوبة مقررة على المتهم، بالحبس لمدة ثلاث سنوات مع الشغل والنفاذ، مع إلزامه بكفالة مالية كبيرة لوقف تنفيذ العقوبة، تأكيدًا لما ثبت للمحكمة من جسامة الأفعال المرتكبة وما ترتب عليها من أضرار جسيمة لحقت بالموكل.

Badran Law Firm is pleased to announce a major legal success in safeguarding our client’s rights by obtaining a criminal conviction against a defendant in a fraud case.
The defendant defrauded our client out of an amount exceeding EGP 37 million, using fraudulent means by falsely claiming to establish a company specialized in real estate management and investment.
This misrepresentation induced our client to hand over these substantial sums.
Handling this case required a comprehensive legal strategy, based on a meticulous analysis of the facts and evidence. We successfully established the elements of the crime and the fraudulent methods employed to obtain our client’s funds, which led the Court to affirm the defendant’s criminal liability.
The Court imposed the maximum penalty prescribed by law, sentencing the defendant to three years imprisonment and ordered a substantial financial bail to suspend ex*****on of the sentence. This reflects the gravity of the acts committed and the significant damages suffered by our client.
