Dawoud & Dawoud Summer Internship 2026

We are opening applications for our only internship program Dawoud & Dawoud will be offering this summer — a tough, intensive, fully virtual experience designed for ambitious law students and early-career lawyers ready to push their limits.

Last Accepted Application deadline: 30 May 2026
Program starts: 1 July 2026
Duration: 30 days

Format: Virtual · Intensive · Unpaid
Selection: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a physical or virtual interview

What you’ll work on:

— Civil Law vs. Common Law — comparative legal analysis
— International commercial contracts- technical review issues
— Due diligence — foundations and methodology
— English law shareholders agreements
— Egyptian law and civil law flexibility
— International arbitration

This is not a passive observership. In just 30 days, interns will be challenged with rigorous technical training across multiple practice areas.

Please note: this is an unpaid program. The return on your time is knowledge, mentorship, and a credential earned through real effort.

A word of caution: completion rates for this program typically do not exceed 30%. We take our investment in every intern very seriously, and we expect the same level of commitment in return. If you are not prepared to fully engage, please do not apply.
