Legal action in case of Unaccepted behavior by the employee.

What if an employee acts in unaccepted behavior as per company’s policy, does any Unaccepted behavior gives company the right to take an action regarding the employee? Does such behavior must relate to work? if yes, is it a must to take an investigation process first, or we have the ability to apply the proper penalty by an internal decision only? Also; if the proper penalty from the company point of view is the dismissal, does the company have the ability to apply it directly, or should goes to court to take its permission first? And in all cases, is it a must that we go court, or there are exceptions?

Finally; in case we go to court to submit the dismissal request, should we have to pay the employee half of the salary as per labor law? And in case the court confirmed the company’s dismissal request, what is the situation regarding the paid amount? Is it easy for the company to retrieve paid money?

Termination of limited duration employment contract.

What if we the company appoints an employee for five years by yearly renewal contracts, should this open the contract to be permanent?

In the most labor cases when a company takes the decision not to renew the limited duration contract for the upcoming year as always, the consequences is the employee doesn’t fulfill his duties, and at the end, he refuses to settle his dues, decides to take legal action thinking that such behavior considers illegal dismissal based on elapsing of five years opens his employment contract and the company hasn’t the right to end his contract.

Is this legally, right?

In these and other situations, you will need to be aware of the law.
