We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of our HR services portfolio.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential B2B clients
• Reach out to prospects via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email
• Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers
• Follow up consistently with leads and opportunities
• Maintain and update the CRM database
• Support sales campaigns and business growth initiatives
• Attend client meetings with the management when required

✅ Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in HR or training industry is a strong plus
• Fluent Arabic and good English
