Safqa Developments is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for creativity and real estate marketing.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, and other AI design tools.
Ability to create high-quality social media creatives, branding materials, brochures, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
Understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing real estate projects is required.
Responsibilities
Design creative marketing materials for digital and print.
Create engaging social media content and advertising visuals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.
Utilize AI tools to improve creativity, productivity, and design quality.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
