• القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل وإدارة أكثر من ملف في وقت واحد

نجح فريق التقاضي الداخلي بشركة إسلام عادل وشركاؤه في تحقيق إنجاز جديد في منازعات الملكية الفكرية، تمثل في الحصول على حكم في نزاع متعلق بعلامة تجارية، انتهى إلى أحقية موكلنا في استعمال العلامة التجارية وثبوت ملكيتها له.

وتتجلى أهمية هذا الحكم في طبيعة النزاع، الذي انطوى على مواجهة مع كيان دولي بشأن أحقية استخدام وتسجيل علامة تجارية داخل السوق المصري، والذي انتهى لصالح موكلنا.
