Hazem Essa for Legal Studies,
is a leading training center specialized in law and education,founded in 2005, focused on providing students of the faculty of law ( Arabic - ENGLISH & FRENSH ) sections, the most affordable and effective legal education possible .in order to provide them with the flexibility necessary to achieve their academic goals while continuing with their everyday lives. We prep

aring students and graduates to be an effective member of the legal profession and meet the labor market by providing courses and training programs in some areas and branches of law. Our previous experience in teaching legal courses for Law students since 2005 (either in English or in Arabic)-made seminars and workshops in edge-cutting topics enables us to cover different areas of law and teaching methods. The wide variety of topics we tackle include but is not limited to:

نص قانون الإجراءات الجنائية على أنه لا يجوز لرجال السلطة الدخول فى أى محل مسكون إلا في الأحوال المبينة في القانون، أو فى حالة طلب المساعدة من الداخل أو فى حالة الحريق أو الغرق أو ما شابه ذلك، وفى الأحوال التي يجوز فيها القبض قانونًا على المتهم يجوز لمأمور الضبط القضائي أن يفتشه.

ويلاحظ ان حالات تفتيش المسكن المبينة في القانون هي ؛ ١-صدور اذن بالتفتيش
٢-او رضاء الشخص حائز المسكن بالتفتيش
