A great spot for family. Just bring your suitcase we have the rest! We live in Regina, SK, Canada. We love to travel and enjoy entertaining.

We recently acquired this property from family. The idea is to rent it out most of the year, when the family isn't using the villa. Its a perfect spot for adventure seekers, with Kite sailing, surfing and water falls. Or for someone that likes to relax on the terrace with a good book, laze by the pool or take a stroll through the quaint town of Sosua. Our villa is just over 1100sq ft, located in t

he gated community of Hispanola. As you walk through the lush gardens you pass by the lower level bedroom, bathroom mini fridge with private entrance, upstairs is an expansive terrace that has an ocean view. Open living area, features kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, two large bedrooms that are separated by the living areas on either end of the villa, each with their own bathroom. Fully stocked with all linens, cookware. Take a dip in the pool or lounge on the sun deck with BBQ. A great set up for family or couples wishing to share. 10 min walk to the beach, close to groceries, dining and onsite car rental. Our Villa is in a gated community 24hr security guards, minutes to the main street. Only a 15 min drive from the airport.
