Network for Cooperation in Research and Teaching between Germany and South Eastern Europe. Supported Dr. iur. Marc Bungenberg and Univ.-Prof. Thomas Giegerich.

The Europa-Institut of the Saarland University together with the law schools of the universities of Belgrade/Serbia, Montenegro, Tirana/Albania, Sarajevo/Bosnia and Herzegovina, Skopje/Macedonia and Zagreb/Croatia as well as the Center for SEELS (South East European Law School Network with its members from Zenica and Mostar/Bosnia and Herzegovina, Split, Osijek and Rijeka/Croatia and Nis and Kragu

jevac/Serbia) have founded the thematic Network "SEE | EU Cluster of Excellence in European and International Law". The Project is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research until 2018. The project is academically headed by the two directors of the Europa-Institut Univ.-Prof.
