Dear Students,
the Göttingen Team for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition is looking for strong and motivated participants.
The Jessup Moot Court gives students the unique opportunity to work as a lawyer and to prepare a brief and present your case in front of the International Court of Justice.
Additionaly, you are able to do your Sprachschein, your Schlüsselqualifikation, vorbereitende Leistung and your Studien- or Seminararbeit.
This year’s topics are: The obligations and responses of States with respect to the outbreak of a global pandemic, questions of the jurisdiction of the Court, political asylum by an alleged rouge scientist and State responsibility for a suspicious aircraft explosion.
If you are interested in intensively working on these topics of international law, become part of Gottingen’s Jessup Team 2020/21!
