📣 ドイツ大学生と日系企業の懇談会に参加しました

去る5月6日、フランクフルト・ゲーテ大学で開かれたドイツ大学生と日系企業の懇談会（主催：フランクフルト日本法人会、共催：ゲーテ大学、在フランクフルト日本国総領事館）に企業として参加しました。
日本に興味を持つ多才なドイツ学生と直に接し、ディスカッションを通じて、学生による日系企業の理解を深める貴重な場にすることができました。
学生たちは弊所のブースで熱心に交流し、自らの希望を伝え、キャリアの展望について情報を収集してくれました。
この素晴らしい懇談会に参加の機会を得られたことに感謝するとともに、新たな繋がりが今後どう発展していくか楽しみです。

去る5月15日、渥美坂井フランクフルトは、提携オフィスである渥美坂井法律事務所・外国法共同事業、および一般財団法人海外投融資情報財団と、「欧州・中国・日本の個人情報に関する最新状況～GDPR、中国個人情報保護法、ガバメントアクセス及び執行事例～」セミナー（オンライン）を共催いたしました。

弊所の代表パートナー弁護士であるフランク・ベッカーは、SchremsⅡ判決の背景とその影響、新標準契約条項（SCC）、米国に対する十分性認定をメイントピックとして解説を行いました。

また、渥美坂井法律事務所・外国法共同事業所属の陳鳳琴弁護士（中華人民共和国法）は、中国の個人情報保護法について、松岡史朗弁護士（日本法）は外国企業へのデータ移転や、海外のガバメントアクセスに関する日本法上の規制について、藤原理弁護士（日本法）は日本及び外国の個人情報保護に関する執行事例について、それぞれ解説を行いました。
