ADR International Register is ISO 9001:2008 certified by Lloyds Register in Rotterdam (Netherlands). ADR International Register is under auspices of a supervisory council. The ICC Council (International Certification Council) is under the chairmanship of mr ing A.H. Vermeer (former member European Parliament). In analogy to the ISO 17024 (certification professionals) and ISO 9001:2008 (management

process certification) ADR International Register sets its own certification scheme for the International Certified ADR Practitioner®. Every professional group within this certification scheme contains its own certification standards. The certification scheme is connected to the Standards Quality Commission (SQC). The SQC purpose is to be the branch representative panel of experts. Besides the SQC, other commissions can be installed, like for example the examination commission, the accreditation commission and the commission of grievance. All certificating groups distinguish themselves by appointing a code of conduct, operational requirements, right of complaint, educational requirements, experience requirements and previous career requirements.
