Suspended Ceiling Installation

Our client had experienced a water leak from one of the apartments above that was being renovated and has caused water damage to their ceiling and walls.

57. Old Bath Out & New Non-Slip Shower Fitted

Our existing client wanted to Replace their Bathroom due to a fall when entering the Bath and install a non-slip shower for safety and provide a new look to a tired bathroom.

56. Lifting Roof in High Winds

During the recent high winds we were urgently contacted by our client who was experiencing several water leaks for the first time in several different places.

Once inspected, it became very obvious that the roof had lift due to poorly set tiles that among other issues was the main cause of the problem.

The solution was to replace cracked and missing tile and seal and re-set many of the tiles. Most of the roof was stripped and re-set to provide a waterproof tiled roof where the water management was working the way it was deigned to.

51. Damp Pe*******on & Waterproofing

The salts with the wall were effervescing through the surface of the outside walls, leaving an unsightly view to the Patio Seating Area.

Once all the area affected were cut back with applied a tanking compound the wall then a Salt Neutralizer and finally filled with a water repellent compound. Then the wall is fully painted with waterproof high grade paint.

50. Balcony Drain Port Sealed and Re-Directed

The client had an issue with a blocked drain that was threatening to overflow into the Property. Upon investigation the drain pipe was blocked by the build up of dirt/leaves & dust over many years as it hardens to a solid mass.

We entered the drain from the underneath of the balcony as shown and reconnected a new drain to the balcony and diverted the water off the balcony as shown.

54. Tanking of External Garden

Our Client had an issue with water seeping into the Villa, under the bathroom floor and damaging the internal wall in the hallway.

The problem was the external garden that had not been sealed correctly by a previous contractor.

Our remade was to take out all the soil to the external garden, clean the whole area with an industrial cleaner, allow drying then apply two coats of tanking agent to the whole surface, leaving the garden fully waterproofed.
The garden was then filled with ¾” stone to aid drainage and provide the client with a professional installation without any water issues.
