A very proud moment for me — both as a father and as a lawyer for the coverage of Dikigoros.ai

My son Nicolas , together with his very good friend and co-founder Michalis Kantartzis, PhD, has created dikigoros.ai — an AI-powered legal research platform developed entirely in Cyprus and specifically for Cyprus law.

In many ways, it brings to Cyprus legal research what platforms such as Harvey have brought to the international legal profession: the ability to use AI to navigate complex legal material quickly and intelligently. What makes dikigoros.ai particularly exciting is its focus on our own legal system.

The platform gives users answers in English or Greek, supported by citations to the actual Cyprus judgments and legislation, drawing on more than 50 years of decisions from Cyprus courts.

As someone who has spent his professional life in law, it gives me enormous pride to see Nicolas and Michalis combining law, technology and entrepreneurship to help bring the Cypriot legal profession into the AI era.

Innovation does not always have to come from Silicon Valley or London. It can be created right here in Cyprus.

Very proud of both of you — and I believe this is only the beginning.

We are honoured to be attending the Cyprus Diaspora Forum 2026, taking place from 6–9 May 2026 at the Amara Hotel in Limassol, bringing together distinguished professionals, leaders and innovators from Cyprus and around the world.

On 7 May 2026, Stephanie Georgiadou, Head of Corporate and Legal Consultant at Y. Georgiades & Associates LLC, participated as a speaker in the panel discussion titled “The Evolution of Legal Services in Cyprus”, sharing insights on the changing legal landscape, cross-border legal services, innovation and the future of the legal profession.

On the same day, Yiannos Georgiades, Managing Partner of Y. Georgiades & Associates LLC, moderated the panel “Digital Diplomacy and Cybersecurity: Cyprus’ Role in Building Secure Digital Corridors”, leading an engaging discussion on cybersecurity, digital infrastructure and Cyprus’ strategic role in the evolving digital environment.
