GCP Law celebrated 20 incredible years with a fantastic three-day retreat in Paphos at the beautiful Thalassa Boutique Hotel & Spa! 🎉

The team came together for an unforgettable experience full of learning, laughter, and shared moments. From corporate training and team bonding activities to delicious food and plenty of fun, every moment was about growing stronger together. Special guests Winnie, our Tricolor Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and the amazing Assertus team joined in to make it even more memorable!✨

It was a perfect reminder that strong teams are built through shared experiences, collaboration, and a little bit of fun along the way.

Modern Challenges, Stronger Outcomes🤝

As part of the celebrations marking 20 years of GCP Law, our team gathered in Paphos for a three-day corporate retreat at the Thalassa Boutique Hotel, bringing together colleagues for reflection, learning and forward thinking about the future of the firm.

A key highlight of the retreat was a corporate training programme delivered by Philippos Aristotelous, focusing on practical decision-making, professional judgment under pressure and the evolving realities facing modern law firms.

Through structured discussions and practical exercises, the programme explored themes highly relevant to today’s legal profession, including mindset and bias in decision-making, effective work organisation and prioritisation, commercial discipline, client management and the thoughtful adoption of LegalTech and AI tools.

The training created a valuable space for our team to step away from the pace of daily practice and engage in honest reflection about how we work, how we make decisions and how we continue to grow as professionals and as a firm.

This retreat formed part of our broader 20-year milestone celebrations, marking two decades since the founding of GCP Law. It was also an opportunity to reinforce the values that have guided the firm from the beginning: integrity, professionalism, collaboration and continuous development.

We would like to thank Philippos Aristotelous for leading such an engaging and thought-provoking programme, and our entire team for their active participation and commitment.

Moments like these remind us that strong law firms are built not only through expertise, but through people, shared values and a commitment to constant improvement.
