Cyprus Property Market Shows Strong Growth in the First Half of 2026 🇨🇾

According to figures published by the Department of Lands and Surveys, the Cyprus property market recorded a strong performance during both June 2026 and the first half of the year. Nationwide property sales reached 1,964 in June 2026, compared to 1,544 in June 2025, representing an increase of 27%.

For the period January–June 2026, sale contracts exceeded 10,000 (10,007), marking a 15% increase compared to the corresponding period in 2025. Limassol recorded the most significant growth, while positive trends were also reported in Nicosia, Larnaca, Paphos and the Famagusta district. The figures reflect a broad-based increase in property transactions across Cyprus during the first six months of 2026.
