Savvas was born on 24/01/1974. is the Head of the Litigation Department and a senior partner of LLPO. He is a Barrister (from Gray's Inn) and a dedicated advanced litigation lawyer. His practice includes complex criminal cases, “bet-the-company” commercial litigation and advanced compensation claims. He was admited to the Cypriot BAR Association in 1998. Savvas has also participated in numerous seminars and conferences as a key speaker and honorary guest speaker relating to subjects such as Forensic Criminal Investigation, Legal Strategies of a Criminal Lawyer, Preparation of Defence in a Criminal Action. Savvas himself is a professor of Criminal Law 2 and Criminal Procedure Rules at Frederick University (Cyprus). Savvas has remarkable rates of won cases both in criminal and civil Courts and his practice is characterized by his ability to force results early. He is recognised for his wide level of advocacy experience. He has successfully defended his clients in cases involving serious organized crime, murder and manslaughter, sexual offences, drugs offences, assault, fi****ms, counterfeit goods, road traffic motoring offences as well as personal injury and clinical negligence cases such as employers liability, public liability and medical negligence cases.
