Θέση Δικηγόρου με πείρα τουλάχιστον 3-4 χρόνων για να εργοδοτηθεί, κατά κύριο λόγο, στο δικαστηριακό τμήμα του γραφείου στη Λευκωσία.

Τα καθήκοντα της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν, μεταξύ άλλων:

📌 εμφανίσεις ενώπιον των Επαρχιακών και Ειδικών Δικαστηρίων τόσο της Λευκωσίας όσο και των άλλων επαρχιών, εάν αυτό καταστεί αναγκαίο, και εμφανίσεις ενώπιον του Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου ή/και του Εφετείου ή/και του Διοικητικού Δικαστηρίου ή/και οποιασδήποτε αρμόδιας αρχής της Δημοκρατίας,
📌 σύνταξη δικογράφων, αιτήσεων, επιστολών και γνωματεύσεων επί θεμάτων κυρίως εμπορικής φύσεως,
📌 προετοιμασία υποθέσεων για ακρόαση και διεκπεραίωση ακροάσεων υποθέσεων,
📌 συναντήσεις με πελάτες,
📌 εξοικείωση και χειρισμό του προγράμματος «Ζυγός»,
📌 οποιαδήποτε άλλη εργασία ήθελε κριθεί αναγκαία για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του γραφείου, την ομαλή διεξαγωγή των εργασιών και την οργάνωση του γραφείου.

Απαραίτητες προϋποθέσεις για την πλήρωση της εν λόγω θέσης η άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας, η καλή χρήση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών, καθώς και η οργανωτική ικανότητα και πρωτοβουλία.

Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
