Προσόντα

-Πτυχίο Νομικής από αναγνωρισμένο πανεπιστήμιο.

-Άδεια άσκησης του δικηγορικού επαγγέλματος στην Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία.

-Προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία 5 ετών σε δικαστηριακό τμήμα.

-Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (ομιλία και γραφή).

-Άριστη γνώση χρήσης ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή σε περιβάλλον Microsoft Windows καθώς και προγραμμάτων Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
Καθήκοντα

- Παροχή νομικών συμβουλών και γνωματεύσεων

- Σύνταξη δικογράφων, αιτήσεων και άλλων δικαστηριακών εγγράφων.

-Σύνταξη συμφωνιών, συμβολαίων, γνωματεύσεων και άλλων νομικών εγγράφων.

-Χειρισμός υποθέσεων και νομική εκπροσώπηση πελατών ενώπιον των Δικαστηρίων και άλλων αρχών της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας αλλά και σε διαδικασίες διαιτησίας.

Επιπρόσθετα προσόντα

Τα πιο κάτω θα θεωρηθούν ως επιπρόσθετα προσόντα:

- Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος νομικών σπουδών.
Barrister at law/LPC.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• University Law Degree.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 2-5 years of prior professional experience in the litigation department of a law firm in Cyprus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook).

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Any additional academic or professional qualifications (such as an LLM, BPTC/BVC or LPC) will be considered an advantage.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provision of legal advice to clients of the firm
• Drafting of legal advice/opinions
• Drafting of pleadings
• Drafting of commercial agreements
• Review and negotiation of transactional documentation, corporate and commercial agreements/documents
• Representation of our clients before the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus and/or arbitral tribunals and other authorities
• Legal research
