We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our team. The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar industry along with fluency in Greek and English.
Job Responsibilities
• Administration of our client’s corporate structures, including incorporation, liquidation and ongoing corporate matters for all entities in different jurisdictions
• Preparation of applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies on behalf of clients (approval of name applications, company incorporation, partnership formation, change of address, change of shareholders, change of directors, change of name, trade names etc).
• Preparation and maintenance of corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, resignation / acceptance letters, instruments of transfers etc).
• Submission of Annual Return (HE32) with Financial Statements.
• Managing day-to-day operations of the corporate department
• Drafting corporate and other documents, such as minutes, resolutions, simple agreements, powers of attorney, registers, letters
• Arranging for ex*****on, certification and legalization of documents
• Ensuring maintenance of corporate files and registers
• Arrangement for the payment of Annual Levy for an on behalf of clients.
• Assist with KYC reviews, obtain and maintain up to date KYC documentation for clients.
• Comply with KYC requirements and keeping updated records in the database.
• Document flow including dispatch of documents via international/local couriers.
• Other admin duties as and when required and assigned.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience of 3-5 years in a similar position
• Good knowledge and ability to understand contents of legal and corporate material
• Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures
• Knowledge of Compliance / AML procedures required to maintain Cyprus Registered Structures compliant.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prior experience with the opening and maintenance of local and international bank accounts on behalf of clients.
• Able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Computer Literate (Excel, MS Office applications)
• Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
