Georgia Thoma is a Partner at Frangos Law with more than 12 years of experience. She advises clients on corporate, commercial, banking and finance, including M&A matters, supporting transactions from structuring and due diligence through to ex*****on.
Her work spans a range of sectors, with experience in real estate and hospitality projects, as well as regulatory and financing matters. She is known for her practical, solutions-driven approach and her ability to guide clients through complex transactions. Georgia has previously also advised and represented clients in various commercial litigation cases including debt recovery and breach of commercial contracts, bringing a pragmatic and risk-aware approach to structuring, contract drafting and deal ex*****on.
Georgia also leads GDPR compliance projects for EU and international organisations and serves as Data Protection Officer for the firm’s group of companies. She regularly provides strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders on complex legal and regulatory issues.
She holds an LLB from King’s College London and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
