We moved to Costa Rica over 18 years ago looking for a quiet life and good weather. For this we traveled throughout the country for a month to discover the area that suited us the most. It was not easy because all of Costa Rica is very attractive and with
very different scenarios and even climates, but finally we decided that by proximity to the Capital, airport and the beautiful beaches Jaco was the right place, and still is. In these 15 years we have seen it grow and it is a place where one can enjoy many amenities and easily find related groups. Jaco began to develop only 45 years ago, that makes it very interesting and providing many interesting opportunities. Originally I am from Chile and live in the Canary Islands (Spain) for 15 years in the 70/80. And the reason why we were looking for a place with a warm climate all year round after we finished raising our children,. I love the lifestyle here where every day you can go to the beach to see the sunset and feel that you are in the perfect place … it’s like paradise. Not to mention the exuberant vegetation and the diversity of fauna … every day you can see the scarlet macaws and many times of the year you can view from the beach, whales with their young enjoying these always warm beautiful waters. Es una Profesional Inmobiliaria, con más de 40 años de experiencia en ventas tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Nos mudamos a Costa Rica hace más de 18 años buscando una vida tranquila y buen clima. Para ello viajamos por todo el país durante un mes para descubrir la zona que más nos convenía. No fue fácil porque todo Costa Rica es muy atractivo y con escenarios e incluso climas muy diferentes, pero finalmente decidimos que por cercanía a la Capital, aeropuerto y las hermosas playas Jaco era el lugar indicado, y lo sigue siendo. En estos 15 años lo hemos visto crecer y es un lugar donde uno puede disfrutar de muchas comodidades y encontrar fácilmente grupos afines. Jaco comenzó a desarrollarse hace solo 45 años, eso lo hace muy interesante y brinda muchas oportunidades interesantes. Originalmente soy de Chile y vivo en las Islas Canarias (España) desde hace 15 años en los 70/80. Y la razón por la que buscábamos un lugar con un clima cálido todo el año después de que terminamos de criar a nuestros hijos,. Me encanta el estilo de vida aquí donde todos los días puedes ir a la playa a ver el atardecer y sentir que estás en el lugar perfecto… es como el paraíso. Sin mencionar la exuberante vegetación y la diversidad de fauna… todos los días puedes ver las guacamayas rojas y muchas veces al año puedes ver desde la playa, ballenas con sus crías disfrutando de estas siempre cálidas y hermosas aguas. Desde que me mudé aquí he sido agente de bienes raíces y conozco la zona a la perfección! Ist eine Immobilienfachfrau mit mehr als 40 Jahren Erfahrung im nationalen und internationalen Vertrieb. Wir sind vor über 18 Jahren nach Costa Rica gezogen, um ein ruhiges Leben und gutes Wetter zu suchen. Dafür sind wir einen Monat lang durch das ganze Land gereist, um die Gegend zu entdecken, die uns am besten zusagt. Das war nicht einfach, denn ganz Costa Rica ist sehr attraktiv und bietet sehr unterschiedliche Landschaften und sogar Klimazonen, aber schließlich haben wir entschieden, dass Jaco aufgrund der Nähe zur Hauptstadt, zum Flughafen und zu den wunderschönen Stränden der richtige Ort war und immer noch ist. In diesen 15 Jahren haben wir es wachsen sehen und es ist ein Ort, an dem man viele Annehmlichkeiten genießen und leicht verwandte Gruppen finden kann. Jaco begann sich erst vor 45 Jahren zu entwickeln, was es sehr interessant macht und viele interessante Möglichkeiten bietet. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Chile und lebe seit 15 Jahren in den 70er/80er Jahren auf den Kanarischen Inseln (Spanien). Und der Grund, warum wir nach der Erziehung unserer Kinder nach einem Ort mit ganzjährig warmem Klima suchten. Ich liebe den Lebensstil hier, wo man jeden Tag an den Strand gehen kann, um den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen und das Gefühl zu haben, am perfekten Ort zu sein … es ist wie im Paradies. Ganz zu schweigen von der üppigen Vegetation und der Vielfalt der Fauna … jeden Tag kann man die scharlachroten Aras sehen und viele Male im Jahr kann man vom Strand aus Wale mit ihren Jungen beobachten, die dieses immer warme, schöne Wasser genießen. Seit ich hierher gezogen bin, bin ich Immobilienmakler und kenne die Gegend perfekt! RE Max ist ein Franchise, das Ihnen hilft, ein Prozessionsmakler im weitesten Sinne des Wortes zu werden.
