CLIENT WORK | Wrapping Up 2024 on a High Note!

Then, I counsel you!

I will not let you, as someone under my counsel, to carryout any action or inaction (whatsoever) without telling you what the law says and it's implication.

It's a preventive measure - why you have lawyers!

But if you fail to heed to my counsel or don't seek it at all, then you may find yourself running back in desperation for another side of myself - the barrister part.

You know what that is? It's the "let's go to court" part.

There, it's a win or lose; and I don't owe you that obligation of result, yet an obligation of means - to use all the legal means I have in navigating the case.

I could, in between, write or draft certain relevant documents and try to strike a "deal" on your behalf too, sometimes.

In the end, whether winning or "winning", I always win 😁
