NEISA 2026 is a major continental forum bringing together governments, regulators, investors, international institutions, legal professionals, and industry leaders to address the future of nuclear energy development in Africa.
This year’s theme:
“Powering Africa’s Future: Turning Nuclear Energy Ambition into Investable Reality.”
The summit, hosted by President Paul Kagame and organized in collaboration with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), the World Nuclear Association, and the World Nuclear Exhibition, will focus on key issues including:

• Infrastructure and investment frameworks
• Workforce capacity and governance
