What a heartwarming way to start the day!! My client had a similar bird feeder at the home she purchased and I was gushing over it saying how crazy my cats would go being able to see the birdies in the window 🕊️😻 So I arrive at the office this morning to discover that she dropped one off for me ♥️🥰 I can’t wait to get home and pick a window 😁😁😁

We are tracking some massive year-over-year swings across the region for the first week of June
💥 The Big Winner = Tillsonburg
Tillsonburg is absolutely buzzing right now!
+116.7% spike in weekly sold listings (more than doubling from 6 to 13 YOY).
-39.6% drop in Days on Market—homes are selling way faster, averaging just 32 days compared to 53 same week last year.
+14.2% increase in average weekly sale price, climbing to $622,336
The Cool Down: Woodstock
On the flip side, Woodstock sold less homes this past week compared to the first week in June in 2025.
-33.3% drop in weekly sold listings (sliding from 24 to 16).
-7.6% dip in average weekly sale price.
However, despite a slower single week, Woodstock is actually pacing ahead as YTD sold listings are up 4.4%
