CONSULAR OUTREACH MISSION IN WINNIPEG, MANITOBA (12 & 13 SEPTEMBER 2026)
The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission in Winnipeg, Manitoba on 12 & 13 September 2026 at the Holiday Inn Express, Winnipeg Airport-Polo Park, 1740 Ellice Avenue.
Services available:
• Passport renewal - appointments slots will open by 17 August, Monday, through the Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) at https://www.passport.gov.ph/. Choose North America, then Canada and the label "PCG Toronto-Outreach in Winnipeg."
• Notarial Services (Affidavits, SPA, NBI etc.) and Civil Registry - go to https://bit.ly/4hy2Afd to get an appointment. For requirements and forms, please go to these links:

• Dual Citizenship Oath Taking - applications with complete supporting documents and payment must be received by mail before 7 September in order to be included in the oath taking during the outreach. • Registration for the 2028 Overseas Voting - No appointment is required. Bring the original and a photocopy of your valid Philippine Passport, Dual Citizenship Identification Certificate or other proof of Philippine citizenship.
• SSS services - A separate advisory for the appointment slots will be issued
• Contract Verification and OWWA membership - No appointment is required.
