Need help navigating the estate of a loved one who has passed away? The Legal Help Centre Estates Clinic will be at the First Nations Family Advocate Office (FNFAO) once a month to provide free legal information and assistance to families.

The clinic can assist with:
📄 Requests for Letters of Administration
📜 Grants of Probate
💼 Section 47 Applications for estates under $10,000

The clinic can also provide information about Wills and Powers of Attorney. Please note that these documents are not drafted at the clinic.

As we wrap up June, we’re taking a moment to reflect on all the incredible milestones we’ve had the opportunity to celebrate this month!
Congratulations to all LHC students on their achievements, your hard work and dedication truly inspire us.

A special congratulations to Chloe Dreilich-Girard on receiving this year’s Jo-Anne Findlay Memorial Award for Volunteerism in recognition of her leadership, generosity, and commitment to community. And big congratulations to our current Articling Student Waseem Ahmed on graduating from the Internationally Trained Lawyers Program, an amazing accomplishment and exciting step forward!

And lastly, a warm congratulations to our 2025-26 Articling Student Gilian Findlay on being called the bar earlier this month!
