If you have an original Will please do not write on it. I am currently dealing with a client who passed away suddenly and was going to change his Will. He made notes in his handwriting throughout the Will and was hesitant about one last point. His last words to me were "Michele, I am healthy, I am not going anywhere anytime soon". Next I received a call from his wife telling me he had died suddenly and now its in the courts. Please get your affairs in order so that this scenario does not appear for you.
