Family separation can be one of the most difficult transitions a family will experience. Mediation gives families an opportunity to make important decisions in a respectful, practical, and non-adversarial way—helping them protect their financial and emotional resources while building agreements that support their family’s future.

For nearly four decades, our work has centred on helping families navigate separation and conflict with greater dignity, understanding, and respect. To know that this work continues to be valued by our community is incredibly meaningful.

We are truly grateful to serve Windsor-Essex and to be recognized alongside so many outstanding local businesses and professionals.

As the Past President of the Ontario Association for Family Mediation and the principle trainer at INSIGHTful Family Mediation training, I have a keen interest in ensuring the public is aware that just using the word "mediator" does not guarantee a person has achieved the high standard of accreditation.
