Life gets busy, and sometimes the best thing we can do is slow down and enjoy the little moments.

This Thanksgiving weekend has been about family time, good coffee, a little shopping, getting in a workout with my girls, and of course, looking forward to Thomas’s turkey dinner! ❤️

Feeling especially grateful for my family, wonderful friends, amazing community, and all the people who make this journey so meaningful.

Here’s to making memories, sharing laughter, and appreciating what we already have.

What a WEEK! ❤️📚💃

From launching When Women Talk: Notes from the Future, Volume 3 to reaching #1 on Amazon’s Hot New Releases bestseller list…🎉

But what has touched me the MOST is the incredible outpouring of LOVE and SUPPORT from my Zumba communities here in BC and back in Winnipeg, along with friends near and far!

The messages, screenshots of Amazon orders, and requests for autographs… you have no idea how much this means to me! ❤️

And a special shoutout to my beautiful student Vessy, who was the VERY FIRST person to have me autograph her copy of the book!

Last night’s Zumba class at Ocean Park in South Surrey was absolutely ELECTRIC and I know that the Winnipeg crew was also dancing the night away and sending lots of heartwarming messages. The energy, the laughter, the hugs… my heart is so FULL! 💃

And here’s what makes this book even more special. Proceeds from our book support Kiva microloans, helping women entrepreneurs around the world access funding to start and grow their businesses.

Women supporting women. Communities lifting each other up. THIS is what it’s all about!
