“I recognized two of the doctors that I saw. One of them I did not recognize and was billing my insurance company $800.00.

“I contacted them to see where this doctor is located and find he is in the emergency room. He ordered a sonogram and a medication that was not administered to me.

“At first I thought of ID theft. This was not the case. The doctor decided to bill me for services that were NOT rendered.

“On a side note, the lady from the hospital's billing department said this was the first time a doctor ever took time to correct a bill and she was totally shocked when the doctor advised her about paying a bill for a patient he didn’t know, and surprised how this was taken care of immediately.

“My dad was in a very serious car accident last July. I called our LegalShield provider law firm in Texas with all kinds of questions & concerns. Because the accident was in SC, they transferred me to the law firm there. Since it was criminal, DUI, it fell under our 25% discount off services & I was referred to a local attorney. The county set a court date for him & he missed it because he was in ICU for 2 months. His nurse called me one night to inform me that when they were ready to discharge him, they would have to contact the cops because he had warrants for missing his court date.

“Needless to say, I was a frantic bundle of nerves a 1000 miles away. I called his attorney to tell him about all this & he told me, “breathe, I’ll take care of this & get back to you.”

“He called last Friday to inform me a court date was set for today. Being just under 2 weeks from the wedding, I was extremely nervous to hear this. Mr. Craven called me on my way to work this morning to give me the news, CASE DISMISSED!!!!

“I am a busy TV crew member and I typically work 10-14 hour days. Like everyone, I feel my time (and time off) is extremely valuable.

“A few months ago I took my vehicle in for service at a highly rated and very reputable shop for an oil change. No big deal, right? After I picked up my car, I noticed the engine sounded a little strange and it suddenly had a noticeable oil leak. I went back to the shop for them to take a look at it, and seems they added oil without draining the old oil first, so it was overfilled by 4 quarts and the pressure blew out the rear main seal causing the oil leak.
