Marnee Williams - MacDonald Realty

I became a licensed Realtor in 2007, after working in an Administration/Assistant role with top Realtors in the Lower Mainland since 2002. Prior to my real estate career, I was the Executive Assistant to the President of seven different very large corporations for over 9 years, and later expanded my knowledge in the construction industry by
designing, building, and renovating residential and commercial properties. I have also played an integral role in many high end landscaping projects, giving me the unique ability to identify the potential to
create urban green space in both single-family residences and condominiums. I am passionate about real estate and have always dedicated to meeting and exceeding my clients needs and highest expectations throughout their buying or selling process. I have a trained eye in determining the most effective way to creatively stage a home for sale, as well as
the ability to identify the possibilities in your new purchase. I do strive for excellence in all aspects of my real estate profession. I am very trustworthy, personable, confidential, respectful, and honest. Every client has their own unique and diverse expectations and
requirements when buying or selling and I am very adaptable to their process and timeline. My loyalty to my clients, buying or selling has gained me respect within the industry with my past and present clients as well as my colleagues. I am a serious and competent negotiator and advocate for my clients in accomplishing successful transactions. Marnee Williams - Realtor 604-807-7648
