Our road to find our perfect house was a tricky one! We were currently living in a house that we liked. No plan to sell. But we were starting a new chapter of our lives and wanted to find a house to settle in and honestly never move from.

It had to have character, charm and be close to the lake. We saw a handful of houses and even made some offers however none were the “one”. Jimmy always told us to stay patience and kept us focused on our goal.

Almost two months into our search the one came live. We both saw the house and immediate fell in love. We knew due to the proximity to the lake and how beautiful the house was there would be competing offers and interest for the house. Jimmy was able to secure the house with competing offers for us and we couldn’t be happier.

This journey was a powerful reminder that what is meant for you will always find its way. ✨

​Huge congratulations to my clients on firming up on their forever home! While the market currently favors buyers, our path was a humbling rollercoaster:

​House 1: Minutes from the water, but the seller wasn't ready to meet the market. The listing was taken down days later.

​House 2: A perfect backsplit lost in a bidding war by only a few thousand.

​House 3: A decent spot, but we were outbid by a significant margin.

​Then came House 4. It was as if the first two homes had a baby, combining a waterfront view even more stunning than the first with the exact layout and lot they loved from the second.

​Despite another competing offer, we led with professionalism and shared my clients' genuine story. It proved that the winning bid isn't always just about the price; it’s about the right connection.
