Had a fantastic time previewing Lennox on Lonsdale by Polygon Homes. Lennox is a 6 storey, mixed-use building consisting of only 64 homes coming soon to the corner of 17th & Lonsdale - in my opinion one of the best locations in North Vancouver. When considering purchasing real estate, two major factors we need to consider is LOCATION & QUALITY.
