Hi everyone,

My name is Dave George and I live in Kitchener-Waterloo Ontario where I was born and raised. I am married to a beautiful wife of 20 years and we have an awesome 10-year-old son who is a Waterloo Wolves rep hockey goalie and a Waterloo United rep soccer player. Based on my 20+ years of experience in real estate investing and environmental health and safety, I saw a need and opportuni

ty to provide an exceptional home inspection experience for the home buyer, seller, and realtor. In the winter of 2020, I decided to combine my years of experience in real estate investing and environmental health and safety to build my own Home Inspection business. I am now the proud Franchise Owner & Certified Home Inspector of a Pillar to Post Home Inspectors Franchise serving Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge-Guelph and Surrounding areas, “We Provide Trusted Home Inspections, to Ensure Confident Home Ownership”. For the past 20 years I was an Environmental Health and Safety professional and have my Masters (MES) and Bachelors (BES) degrees in Environmental Studies, hold my Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation, and also hold my Canadian Environmental Professional (EP) designation. I worked in the public sector as an Environmental Health and Safety professional, working for a school board and a public health unit through out my career. Along side my Environmental Health and Safety career I have also been an avid Real Estate Investor. I currently own, manage, and maintain my portfolio of rental properties that we own in Waterloo Ontario. I saw a need years ago to create financial freedom for my family and I chose investment real estate as my main investment product, which I could manage myself to reach my goal of financial freedom.
