Colizza & Carroll LLP is hiring! We are a very busy boutique family law firm in the heart of Waterloo, looking to add to our team. We are seeking a highly motivated Associate with a strong work ethic, ability to serve clients, and an interest in family law.

We offer a competitive base salary and bonus structure. The ideal candidate will be handling their own client files independently with mentorship and supervision from the Partners, as well as be assigned work on senior counsels’ files. This is a full-time in person opportunity with some flexibility to work remotely. Family law experience is preferred, but not required. Civil litigation experience is an asset. We are looking for a candidate with some practicing experience, but will consider candidates who have recently passed the bar if we feel they would be a good fit.

Anthony Colizza is a Founding Partner of Colizza & Carroll LLP. He graduated from Oakland University in Michigan with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, while also playing on the university’s hockey team. He then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from Lakehead University, Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Anthony has appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice (including the Unified Family Court).

Outside of work, Anthony likes to play hockey, travel and spend time with family.
