I seriously love being able to combine my two worlds. We forget how much mindset plays a role in our sport, and how important it is to prioritize our mental health. The pressure of competitive dance & the industry is real. I’ve had the privilege of working with so many incredible dancers throughout the GTA & GHA focusing on their dance & mindset towards dance. Throughout these lessons we take time to discuss our attitude towards competitions, overall confidence, self acceptance, coping with anxiety, being a strong teammate and leader and how to cope with the pressure of the industry. Alongside this, we focus on basic dance technique, routine cleaning, flexibility, strengthening and whatever they feel they would benefit from.
