Millennium Group Real Estate as part of Right At Home Brokerage helped more than 800+ clients Buy and Sell property in Toronto, Vaughan, York Region, Peel Region, Bradford & Barrie! Kendra Cutrone, BROKER: Led by Broker, Kendra Cutrone, Millennium Group Real Estate offers almost two decades of experience in all things real estate. Before becoming a Licensed Realtor in 2010, Kendra Fixed + Flipped homes for eight years. As a result, Kendra ran a successful Home Staging Service, as well, for a few years. Ultimately, she decided to become a Licensed Realtor and, eventually, a Broker and has went on to stage and sell hundreds of homes to satisfied clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Besides her experience in Staging and Construction, Kendra is also well-versed in the art of negotiating in "multiple offer" situations. She knows it's not always the highest price that wins but the best overall offer. Because of her extensive knowledge of builders, construction, and the Greater Toronto Area, Kendra also knows the true value of a home and is not afraid to advise her buyer or seller to walk away. Still not convinced? HGTV (Home & Garden Television) asked her to audition in Vancouver and Los Angeles to host a show they were considering. They liked her as host, however, the premise for the show did not pass market research and, as such, never aired. When it comes to investments you'll love to live in, think Millennium Group! Think Kendra Cutrone! Tony Cutrone, REALTOR: Millennium Group Real Estate also features Kendra's husband, Tony Cutrone. Previous to becoming a Realtor, Tony worked extensively in the financial industry and also owned an entertainment company for several years.
