Contracts on napkins CAN BE enforcable! 📝

The ONLY requirements for a contract are as follows:

- An offer
- Acceptance
- Consideration

However, in this clip it is also believed that Keith is drunk. If this is the case the contract could be void as he was intoxicated 🍾🍻

NEVER delay after your slip & fall 🤕❄️💧

Do not wait because you THINK you have time. There have been many cases where people might think property is private, that is actually government owned 👔📝

Also the Law stipulates that you need to put them on notice as soon as possible, so that they have a fair chance to investigate the conditions 🔎

In Ontario…

If you fell on city property! You have 10 DAYS to put the city on notice 🏙️⏰

If you fell on private property, because of snow & ice you have 60 days to put the property owner on notice ❄️⏰

For all other slip and falls. You have up to 2 YEARS to file your lawsuit 🤕⏰

You never want to delay. Otherwise you may miss your opportunity.

‼️ There are some exceptions however ‼️

No. 1: You cannot watch cases that involve minors 👶

No. 2: There are times where the judge will place a publication ban on the trial. This means you CANNOT watch 👀
