Congratulations to everyone who received an ITA in today’s Express Entry Healthcare and Social Services draw! IRCC invited 3,500 candidates with a CRS score of 475 or higher — profiles created before May 26, 2026 (UTC) qualified.
If you were invited, here’s what to prioritize right now:
1. Check your NOC. Your qualifying work experience needs to fall under an eligible occupation for this category, gained within the last 3 years in Canada or abroad.
2. Order your police certificates today. IRCC is strict about validity windows. Make sure yours will still be valid on the date you submit.
3. Get your employment documents right. A properly worded employment reference letter is essential most of the letters we review don’t meet IRCC’s requirements. You’ll also need pay stubs, T4s, Notices of Assessment, bank statements showing proof of payment, and documentation of foreign experience where applicable. Don’t forget your work permits, to confirm you worked legally while gaining that experience.
This is general information only — your specific document requirements depend on your individual profile.
Need help getting it right the first time? We offer full application support and application document reviews.
