“신용카드 한도 늘리면 신용점수 떨어지는 거 아닌가요?”

의외로 많은 분들이 이렇게 생각하시는데, 상황에 따라서는 오히려 모기지 승인에 도움이 될 수도 있습니다.

💡 이유는 바로 ‘신용 사용률(Credit Utilization)’ 때문!

예를 들어,
✔️ 카드 사용금액 $2,000
✔️ 카드 한도 $5,000 → 사용률 40%

하지만 한도를 $10,000으로 늘리면?
✔️ 사용금액은 그대로
✔️ 사용률 20%

신용기관은 카드 한도를 얼마나 쓰고 있는지도 중요하게 보기 때문에, 낮은 사용률은 신용 관리에 긍정적으로 작용할 수 있습니다.

물론 모든 경우에 해당되는 것은 아니고,

🚨 What if your brand new condo DROPS in value… and the developer covers the difference? 👀🏙️

Yes, this is a real program.

Some developers are now offering “Price Protection” programs where if you sell your condo in the future for LESS than what you paid, they may reimburse the difference under certain conditions. 🤯

In a market where buyers are nervous about:
▫️ interest rates
▫️ market uncertainty
▫️ buying at the “wrong time”

…this changes the conversation.

Here’s why people are paying attention:
✔️ Buy with more confidence
✔️ Potential downside protection
✔️ Still benefit if the market goes up
✔️ Even applies if you don’t have a mortgage
