🌟 As we bid farewell to 2025, I find myself reflecting on a year filled with profound milestones, both personally and professionally. The highlight of my year was undoubtedly the birth of our second beautiful baby boy, Roman on March 10th. His arrival has filled our home with immense joy and gratitude.
In addition to the joys of fatherhood, I was honored to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver, where I had the chance to positively impact the lives of our youth. I also embraced serving as a Board Member for the Federal Conservative Party of Canada EDA Board, contributing to the growth and development of our community at a political level.
This year, I was fortunate enough to provide two scholarships to bright and deserving graduating students at John Oliver Secondary School. The Ronald Kumar Law Scholarship and the Lapu Lapu Resilience Scholarship aim to support students in their educational journeys, and those impacted by the tragic Lapu Lapu Day event. It has been rewarding to play a role in supporting these inspiring young minds as they take their next steps towards their future. 🎓✨
Volunteering as a Clinic Lawyer with Access ProBono Society of B.C. has been an enriching experience, allowing me to give back to our community by providing free legal advice to those who may not have access to such services.
Supporting some non profit organizations was also a key to this year.
Representing victims who have suffered injuries and those facing estate and inheritance disputes has been both challenging and fulfilling. I remain committed to using my legal expertise to aid those in need and help them navigate their challenges.
As the year comes to a close, I reflect on the invaluable time spent with family and friends. Their support has been pivotal, fueling my passion for serving our community and furthering my endeavors in 2026 and beyond. Together, I look forward to facing new challenges, making a difference, and fostering connections that uplift those around us.
