The Liberal's proposed ONLINE HARMS BILL is likely the worst piece of legislation in Canadian history. Among its many draconian sections, it amends the Criminal Code to allow for you to be punished for crimes you didn't yet commit (because someone thinks you MIGHT commit them) and it amends the Human Rights Act to allow you to be subject to high monetary penalties based on an anonymous complaint.
