✔ 온라인 마감은 만료일 UTC 자정 = 밴쿠버 시간 만료일 오후 (서머타임 17시, 겨울 16시)
✔ 심사 중에는 기존 퍼밋과 같은 조건으로 근무 (고용주 지정 퍼밋이면 같은 고용주·직무·근무지)
✔ LMIA 직종이면 승인서를 먼저, 여권 만료일도 확인 (여권 기한 넘어서 연장 불가)

✅ Départage selon l'heure de soumission du profil : cette fois, le 21 septembre 2026 à 19 h 00 min 47 s UTC
✅ Seuils CEC récents : 523 (18 août) → 521 (1er sept.) → 519 (15 sept.) → 518 (29 sept.) → 519 (15 oct.)
✅ À faire : si votre score suffit, ne tardez pas à soumettre votre profil et vérifiez l'expiration de votre test de langue

The cut-off was 519, yet some people with 519 still missed out.

✅ Ties are broken by profile submission time: this round, September 21, 2026 at 19:00:47 UTC
✅ Recent CEC cut-offs: 523 (Aug 18) → 521 (Sep 1) → 519 (Sep 15) → 518 (Sep 29) → 519 (Oct 15)
✅ Do now: if your score qualifies, don't delay your profile, and check your language test expiry
