REALTORS® across the Lower Mainland raised over $134,000 for the Canadian Red Cross’s disaster relief efforts in BC during the 27th annual REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive.

During the two-week campaign, the Realtors from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) and Fraser Valley Real Estate Board also collected enough blankets and warm clothing to help keep thousands of residents, who need it the most, warm during the winter months.

Realtors across the Lower Mainland raised over $134,000 for disaster relief and collected warm clothing and blankets for those in need.

REALTORS® from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB) are challenging their colleagues, and the public, to help raise $100,000 for the REALTORS Care® Blanket drive.

This year’s REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive fundraiser has been extended to November 29 to allow more time to raise money for those impacted by the recent extreme weather in BC.

So far, the campaign has collectively raised just over $83,000 between the REBGV and FVREB donation drives.

You can make a donation to the REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive fundraiser online through the official Charitable Impact page. With donations of $5 or more, you'll get a tax receipt.

The 27th Annual REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive is taking place between November 15 and November 22, 2021.

Royal Pacific Realty is a proud supporter of the REALTORS Care® Blanket Drive and is also drop-off location. Bring your new or gently used (and clean) donations to any Royal Pacific Realty office during the week of November 15-22.

Items in need include blankets, sleeping bags, coats, sweaters, gloves, hats, scarves, new socks and new underwear.
