All episodes of the second season of You Can’t Say That in Court! are available now.

Thank you to everyone who tuned in! Over 11 episodes, we continued to explore critical issues affecting survivors navigating the family law system in BC.

We unpacked Rise's reports on the housing crisis and courthouse safety in BC. We kept up to date with changes in family law, including the Supreme Court of Canada decision in Ahluwalia v. Ahluwalia and what it means for survivors. Towards the end of the season, we unpacked key concepts that shape what it means to decolonize family law and legal practice.

Thank you for listening! We hope you will join us for our next season - coming soon this fall.
